The Extreme History Project Films at Castle Museum

In the warm months, the museum attracts visitors from across the country, eager to learn more about the unique building and the aesthetic county. This week, the Castle Museum had a very special visitor, one that will showcase the museum to a broader audience. The Extreme History Project, a nonprofit organization located in Montana, is dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of the history of the American West. The Extreme History Project is currently filming "The Story of Us: The Women Who Shaped Montana." The organization visited the Castle Museum and Carriage House to film parts of their upcoming episode. We cannot wait to see the result and share it with all of you!” The Extreme History Project filmed in other areas around the state, including Helena, Browning, and East Glacier. All filming locations, including White Sulphur Springs, provided unique and important historical venues to further the impact of the upcoming episode on notable women in Montana history.
